The United Methodist church is a part of the church universal. All persons-regardless of race, color, national origin, and status or economic condition-are welcome to attend United Methodist services, to receive Holy Communion and to be baptized and admitted into membership.
The mission of the United Methodist Church is “to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.” In the South Oklahoma City District, we seek to live out our mission in our everyday living…we believe it’s about how we treat others…it’s about building genuine relationships with people from all walks of life.
